As Founder and Managing Director of Mod.IC, he has built the business around disciplined growth, strong relationships and an unshakeable belief that the best outcomes come from getting the fundamentals right, every time.
Nick Brown, Non-Executive Director
Nick is a highly respected construction entrepreneur with over 40 years' experience founding, scaling and leading successful businesses across construction, development, precast and consulting. Having overseen landmark projects across Australia and New Zealand, he brings exceptional industry knowledge, commercial insight and a proven track record of leadership and delivery. At Mod.IC, Nick draws on this experience to help shape the strategic direction of the business and drive a smarter, more innovative approach to modular construction.
Josh Caldow, Director
As Director of Mod.IC, Josh brings extensive construction experience and a clear vision for a smarter way to build. With a strong background delivering complex, large-scale projects, he understands the importance of collaboration, buildability and certainty from the earliest stages of a project. A natural people person, Josh builds strong relationships across clients, consultants and project teams. His delivery experience, combined with a passion for innovation and modular construction, helps drive Mod.IC's approach to creating greater efficiency, certainty and value across every project.
Ben Jackson, Director
Ben brings extensive construction experience and a strong track record of leading complex projects from planning through to delivery. His practical approach, technical understanding and focus on collaboration enable him to navigate challenges and drive strong outcomes across every stage of a project. At Mod.IC, Ben brings a delivery-focused mindset to modular construction, working closely with clients, consultants and project teams to improve buildability, streamline delivery and create greater certainty around quality, cost and program.
